  • No. All sessions are held online through Google Meets HIPPA compliant video conferencing software.

  • Telehealth therapy (or teletherapy) offers face-to-face sessions via computer, phone, or tablet. We start with a brief 15-minute phone consultation to ensure compatibility. If we're a good fit, you'll be asked to create a Headway account to input insurance and financial details. Once verified, I'll send a Google Meet invite for our virtual session.

  • I work virtually from:

    • Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 9:00pm (last session scheduled at 8:00pm)

    • Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm (last session scheduled at 4:00pm)

  • Yes, I do accept insurance. I have partnered with Headway and currently accept the following insurances:

    • Aetna

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield

    • Cigna

    • Oscar Health

    • Oxford

    • United Healthcare

    Clients interested in working with me will be required to create an account with Headway and enter their insurance and financial information prior to their initial session.

  • I charge $150 per 55 minute session. In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee.

  • Please provide at least 24-hours notice to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so or missing your appointment may result in a $75 no-show/cancellation fee. This policy ensures availability for others needing services.

  • Absolutely! My work focuses on harnessing your passions to help propel you towards healing and a more fulfilling life. I am eager to get to know you and help guide you towards embracing who you truly are.
