Throughout my life, I’ve faced challenges in balancing responsibilities with my passion for gaming and geeky interests as a way to cope with stress.
My own therapy journey has taught me to understand how life impacts my emotional state, explore the reasons behind my gaming and hobbies, and establish healthy boundaries. This process has helped me achieve balance, emotional regulation, and meaningful connections both online and offline.
